Active Therapy

Lynn Jung won the best female 'Art of Motion' award from RedBull in 2016 and is becoming a house hold name within the sports industry. Mostly know for being a Parkour athlete, Lynn likes to practice actions sports outdoors. Like all athletes Lynn is strong and works out daily to build her strength, flexibility and balance. This includes practising Yoga to perfect her body balance and technique.  Lynn kindly answered a few questions about her story and wearing Active Therapy. Q When did you decide to become a athlete? I’ve always been relatively active and I never planned on making movement my profession but there’s something about parkour that got me hooked and cannot imagine doing anything other for a living than what I do now.  Q How do you feel about being in a male dominated industry?
