Active Therapy

This month we launched in Yoga in the Lanes , with a fun packed day of free yoga classes and healthy food from You Juice to celebrate. The YITL yoga school is based in central Brighton and is the home of hot yoga among a mix of other yoga practices, such as Yin, Ashtanga and Conditioning. All classes help develop your posture, strength and flexibility. You can find our ethical activewear in the reception accompanying Chant Malas beautiful handmade beads. The two brands compliment each other as they both hold Eco friendly values and handmade qualities, both being produced in Brighton. The day welcomed all levels and every class was filled with both regulars at the school and beginners, supporting all on their yoga journey.
