Active Lifestyle - Yoga in Brighton

Image
Brighton is known for being the most open-minded city within the UK. It adapts to change (socially and environmentally) and is at the forefront of living a healthy and active lifestyle, pioneering the yoga movement. There has been a growing demand for yoga in Brighton recently and a expansion of yoga studios and classes. The city offers a variety of studios that cater for all active lovers, whether your a beginner or at an intermediate level. There are of course the big yoga studios and gyms that provide yoga classes but if your looking for something more unique and raw to the practice then this is the guide for you (to find the little gems hidden away).   Studio IO - Studio IO is located just off London Road, down a little alley. From the outside the yoga studio looks like a small garden shed (but this adds to the appeal) but when you go inside it is a tranquil space, with white walls, wooden floors and a few sky lights perfect for the sun salutations hastauttanasana.

As soon as I arrived in Portugal I was greeted with like-minded beautiful souls from all around the world. I feel very grateful that I was in the same place at the same time as such wonderful people (some of them are now my life

Modern technology has provided the opportunity for fashion businesses to spread their resources far and wide, in a connected global economy. Globalisation has brought many advantages to business growth, such as wider choice, access to resources in the mass markets and competitive prices. However, there are also disadvantages that need to be addressed as business grow and spread internationally. As fashion busines
